  • We already service stores inside Westfield Parramatta and are familiar with the centre’s access protocols.
     

    We clean exterior glass early—between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM—before foot traffic picks up. Internal glass is done once stores open, but if your shop is busy, we’ll avoid disrupting trade and return at a quieter time to finish the job. Our goal is to keep your windows spotless without getting in the way of your customers.

  • While Parramatta is our core service area, we also work with businesses in nearby suburbs.
     

    If you're located just outside the CBD—whether it's North Parramatta, Harris Park, Westmead, or surrounding commercial zones—there’s a good chance we can help. Get in touch with your address and we’ll let you know if you're within reach.

We’ll provide pricing for all options upfront, so you can choose what suits you best.     If you have adhesive residue or heavy buildup, we’ll assess and let you know what’s included and what may need extra attention.

    If internal glass is involved, clearing display stands or furniture from in front of windows helps us work efficiently—but we’re happy to move light items if needed.

  • Most of our customers are on an auto-debit plan for convenience and consistency. We send invoices on the 30th of each month, and payment is automatically debited on the 7th of the following month. This keeps everything streamlined, so you never have to worry about missing a payment.

     

    We also accept cash (invoices are emailed upon payment) and can issue invoices for corporate accounts if preferred.

    One-time cleans are like quick fixes
    They leave your windows sparkling for a moment, but without consistency, your shopfront slips back into that tired, unkept look— customers notice.
     

    These cleans take up to three times longer than our regular visits

    If your regular clean lands on one, we’ll automatically move it to the next available business day. You don’t need to chase us—we’ll keep you informed if anything needs adjusting. Our team works 49 weeks a year and takes a well-earned 3-week break over the December–January period.

  • We don’t use dish soap like many window cleaners do—it’s cheap, but it’s not made for glass.
