    For shopfronts above ground level, we assess access during your quote visit and tailor a safe, effective solution.

  • We do. Whether it’s branding panels, glass balustrades, or display cases, we’ll make sure every glass surface is spotless and streak-free—so your signage reflects your business in the best light.

  • Our standard clean includes removing cobwebs, third-party stickers, and light marks.

    If you have adhesive residue or heavy buildup, we’ll assess and let you know what’s included and what may need extra attention.

  • Please make sure we can access the areas being cleaned.

    If internal glass is involved, clearing display stands or furniture from in front of windows helps us work efficiently—but we’re happy to move light items if needed.

  • We don’t use dish soap like many window cleaners do—it’s cheap, but it’s not made for glass.

You’ll get to review the job before we leave, and if something’s not right—or if it rains within 24 hours—we’ll come back and fix it for free. Best of all, you’ll always have direct access to the owner, so help is just a phone call away. We make it easy, reliable, and hassle-free—just how it should be.

    We maintain clear walkways and operate within strict safety protocols to avoid disruptions or accidents.

  • Light rain doesn’t actually make clean glass dirty—it just wets it.

    What does make a window look unclean are the fingerprints, grime, dust, and smudges that build up over time. If the glass is properly cleaned, rainwater alone won’t leave marks.

  • Yes—our Rainy-Day Guarantee means if it rains within 24 hours of your service and the glass is visibly affected; we’ll return to re-clean the affected panels free of charge. (applicable to businesses within the Parramatta CBD)

  • We don’t operate on public holidays.

    If your regular clean lands on one, we’ll automatically move it to the next available business day. You don’t need to chase us—we’ll keep you informed if anything needs adjusting. Our team works 49 weeks a year and takes a well-earned 3-week break over the December–January period.

  • We’re fully insured with $20 million in public liability coverage through Allianz Australia.

    That means if something goes wrong while we’re on your site—whether it’s accidental damage or injury—you’re protected. It’s just one of the ways we give you peace of mind while we do what we do best: making your business shine.

  • That’s no problem at all. Many of our clients are in buildings where Strata arranges occasional window cleaning. In these cases, we work around their schedule to avoid overlap and ensure your windows stay clean in between.


    Our service is focused on maintaining a consistently polished look for your shopfront—not just the occasional clean. If needed, we can pause or adjust your schedule during Strata cleans and resume afterward to keep your business looking sharp year-round.

  • Not at all.

    Many of our clients provide access in advance or arrange for staff to open up. We always communicate clearly and follow agreed instructions to make things seamless, even if you’re not there.

  • Just let us know—we’ll come back and fix it promptly at no cost.
